Corporate Social Responsibility

We take our commitment to the environment seriously and care about the impact we have on it.

We recognise that Diametric inevitably has an impact on its local environment and we are working hard to minimise this. Where appropriate, electronic communication is used and we recycle as much as material as possible.

We are also working hard towards reducing our electricity consumption and in turn doing our bit to reduce UK emissions. With improved housekeeping and greater staff awareness we hope to cut our carbon emissions by 10% within the next 18 months.

Social and corporate responsibility extends to everything a business produces, how it affects the environment, its people and the wider community.

In recognition of this, Diametric was awarded the ISO 14001:2004 and received the certificate in 2006 which is the only certificate issued by an external certification authority which reduces our effect on the environment by careful waste management. We aim to act responsibly and consider the environment and other social and economic factors in all of our decision making processes.
