What's your minimum order quantity for labels, nameplates and badges?
We don't have one!

How much is tooling?
This is dependent on the process and stock order availability.

What's the difference between screen printing and digital printing?
Screen printing is solid spot colour and final presentation is restricted to the screen mesh. Digital printing is 600dpi photographic quality image.

Lead times?
This is dependent on the process and can be as quick as the next working day.

What quality standards do you adhere to?
Diametric is recognised for the quality and service it provides to each and every customer. We currently hold a certificate of registration to BS EN ISO 9001:2008 audited by BSI and 14001 Environment award.

What adhesives are suitable for different surface applications?
We have adhesive tape suitable for almost any surface application.

What file formats can you accept?
We can accept Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel, dxf, dwg, iges files for 3d and high res pdf's.

Can you produce samples and if so, how much do they cost?
Yes samples can be produced, in some cases there is a minimal charge dependent on the process required.
