I'm no expert when it comes to labels, with all the different finishes, adhesives and Lord only knows what else can be done to them ... so, when I was asked to design a label for a new machine and get them produced to a very high quality, I'm not afraid to say I was in over my head; that is, until I called Diametric.

After an initial consultation with Graham, when the various label types and processes were outlined to me I was passed onto Claire Summerton who would be my Account Manager. I found Claire to be very helpful, knowledgeable and patient; and even though what we wanted seemed to change every 10 minutes, she was always able to translate our requirements into a finished product.

Once we had decided on how we wanted to proceed Claire was very quick to process our order, getting samples to us virtually next day so we could see how they would look on our product, the whole process from start to finish was extremely easy and beautifully simple. We couldn't be happier with the end result as the labels are eye-catching and produced to an unbelievably high standard.

I would unreservedly recommend Diametric to anyone looking to have labels, switch plates, or anything else made as they are by far the best and most helpful company I have ever dealt with. I look forward to a long and fruitful relationship.
