Diametric is a success story that quite literally began around a kitchen table over 25 years ago. In 1981 our founding Director, Geoff Cull, established the core business philosophy of a company that developed by recruiting knowledgeable and motivated people who ensured growth through excellent customer service. Fifteen years later in 1996 Geoff structured an MBO that allowed two existing Directors, Brian Calvert and Howard Tombs, to continue the same “customer focused” philosophy, resulting in expansion into new premises at Durley in 2001.
Now in 2007 the wheel has turned once again and the company is watched over by Peter Knight and Tad James. Both have been part of the company since it's infancy and now take the company forward whilst maintaing the orignal ethos laid down by Geoff Cull all those years ago.
The company are just as strong in their internal focus as they are in their external focus, supporting employees with charity events throughout the year. Diametric have proved that you can hold a position in an international market whilst still maintaining a "family feel" to the company.
