Jaguar Cars

Diametric produce a variety of branding products for Jaguar cars including; for the interior - dashboard, gear knob, speaker and steering wheel nameplates and for the exterior - badging for the bonnet and boot. Diametric also produce Jaguar's model number and VIN plates.

Diametric were consulted by Jaguar at the initial design stage to advise on appropriate materials and processes. Their vast experience of production techniques, finishes and adhesives meant that Diametric were able to provide valuable input on creating the ideal solution for Jaguar's requirements.

Jaguar has high automotive specifications and standards and required all nameplates to meet rigorous quality measures. Diametric provided all paperwork for Jaguar in these initial sourcing stages, including part submission documentation, control plans and FMEA's.

Due to Jaguar's high levels of production, Diametric worked to schedules from planning and logistics, ensuring every label was ready and met the right quality standards at the right time.

Diametric were able to tailor production of each label according to requirements, producing long and short production batches as Jaguar requested.
