New Resin Dispencing Demak Machine

Diametric has recently invested in a new multi function vacuum oven which will allow for simultaneous drying of labels on vacuum platens sufficiently large enough thus saving time and space. The main advantages of this machine is the fast polymerisation of doming labels and the perfect quality due to the special air filtering system that protects the labels from the dust present in the external environment.

Temperature inside the oven can be pre-set digitally in order to have full control on the curing cycle.

The internal environment of the oven and the working environment of the rooms where the operator is located are kept completely separate thanks to the special conditioning system of the oven.

The internal environment is protected from the dust thanks to a special filtering system that takes away all possible dust and impurity present in the air which can otherwise contaminate the doming labels.

The air re-circulation system of the oven guarantees the quality of the working environment as all the chemical vapours that are emitted during the chemical reaction of the PU resin will remain inside the oven and will not contaminate the room.

Pete Knight, Managing Director of Diametric said, “this is a significant investment but you can’t help but be impressed by this very eloquent, compact machine which complements our existing dispensing heads. “

The new machine will improve both the quality of the products and also productivity as well.
