Diametric Managment Buy-Out
Since Diametric was founded over 25 years ago ownership has always been passed over to people that not only care about the Company and its work ethic but above all its future. Now, in its third generation, the circle has turned again with new owners Peter Knight and Tad James in control and looking to the future.
Over the course of the past 18 months, the handover from previous Directors Brian Calvert and Howard Tombs had steadily progressed until the deal was finalised in October 2007. Brian will remain involved with the company in the short term as a part-time consultant ensuring that the transition remains seamless.
Pete and Tad have over twenty five years experience between them at Diametric so when opportunity arose to become main shareholders it was an easy decision to make.
Tad James commented: ‘I am delighted that the transaction has been able to progress so smoothly. Having worked at the Company for over 10 years it presents mixed emotions as its sad to see my colleagues Brian and Howard depart, but it is also an exciting time as Pete and I assume new roles’.
