Customer Satisfaction Survey 2008

Offering excellent service and providing top quality products has always been vitally important to Diametric, which is where our Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire has proved a great to way gather essential and regular feedback on our performance. 

It’s been nearly 2 years since we conducted our first on-line survey, and once again the results this time round have been extremely pleasing.

Are you satisfied with the quality of the products from Diametric ?

We polled just short of 1,500 customers – everyone who had placed an order since January 2007 - and received a fantastic 192 completed replies, the results are summarised below along with various testimonials:-

Question 1 (service) …………….

  • A fantastic 99% of all customers said the service provided by Diametric met their expectations.

  • High marks for our delivery with only 11% rating our service less than good.

  • Always very satisfying to come recommended, with nearly everyone – 97% - happy to recommend us to another company.
