Our domed badges, nameplates and domed labels (sometimes referred to as resin doming or bubble labels) are extremely durable, soft to the touch and can add to the perceived value of your product. Because of the combination of materials and high-quality printing, domed badges and domed nameplates give a fantastic 3D visual impact for corporate or product logos.

We can achieve a dramatic 3D effect when a Tufflex resin finish is combined with embossed logos or metallised substrates. Because they are extremely robust, our domed badges and nameplates are suitable for both internal and external environments. Diametric domed badges also come with a wide range of features, adhesives and finishes to make your solution unique to your brand.

Process

Using the latest printing processes we print graphics onto a base material using silkscreen, 4-colour litho or digital methods. Our unique 3D domed badges are then cut to a profile and coated in a clear Tufflex polyurethane resin to produce a durable gloss domed finish. Tufflex is extremely flexible so we can use the solution on curved or semi-ridged surfaces. The badges are also self-recovering if indented to maintain the quality finish of the logo over a long period of time.
