We’ve been making labels on reels for many years now, and as a process it’s hard to find something more convenient and flexible in terms of unit price, lead-time, materials and finishes…….yet still carry such low origination costs. There’s a wide range of substrates – from low cost paper and vinyl’s through to higher specification Polyesters to choose from, combine them with a durable over-laminate and you’ll be bound to find the right combination for your application.

Tamper Proof Seals, Void and Security labels

Roll-form is not only ideal for model or serial number labelling but can also be a viable alternative to more traditional screen printed labels. Often known as tamper evident or tamper proof stickers, or tamper evident seals. 

Here are some features of our roll form labelling solutions:

• Labels can be sequentially numbered and/or bar coded.
• Labels have a short lead-time and can be manufactured extremely quickly. Setup costs are minimal, so it can be a very cost-effective solution.
• Wide range of uses, including tamper proof, void, security, destruct, write and seal which allows for information to be written and then sealed below a protective over laminate. 

Roll Form Process

It’s a linear process which means standard self coloured, self-adhesive material can be hot foil printed, sequentially numbered, or bar-coded, then over laminated before being cut to size in one continuous operation.

Adhesives available are usually pressure sensitive acrylic and can be permanent, low-tack or removable depending on your application, unusual profiles can be created as can internal cut-outs.

We feel that our roll method is best suited to rating or serial label types because it is a quick and cost-effective manufacturing process. For a higher quality finish and a wider choice of finishing techniques, we would recommend using a sheet based manufacturing process.
