COMPANY POLICY STATEMENT
It is declared policy of Diametric Technical Limited to supply cost effective products of the highest quality and fitness for the intended purpose, in accordance with agreed conditions of contract.
In order to achieve this aim the company is committed to a Quality Policy that will ensure that the products supplied to customers, meet the specified contractual requirements, and has established and will maintain procedures, for functions, that affect the quality of service to customers, where appropriate. The policy also includes measures for continuous improvement and the elimination of waste.
All employees of Diametric Technical Limited have been made aware of this policy and of their responsibilities for operating within the guidelines of the Quality Manual as part of their induction training.
Controlled copies of the Quality Manual are available, in the work areas, for reference by employees and new starters are made aware of the requirements as part of their induction training.
