Customer Satisfaction Surveys

We pride ourselves in offering excellent customer service and providing top quality products. To ensure we were meeting the
expectations of our customers, we conducted our first on-line survey a number of years ago.  In 2008 we polled just
short of 1,500 customers and received a fantastic 192 completed replies, when asked 'Are you satisfied with the quality of
the products from Diametric?' a whooping 99% said yes!

This year we polled another 1,500 customers (who had placed orders since January 2009) and the results were once again very good. 97% said we met their expectations and 95% were satisfied with our quality and would recommend us. 

Customer satisfaction is our top priority and the feed back we get is essential for us to ensure we meet the high standards we set ourselves by listening to what our customers expect.
