Customer Satisfaction Surveys
We pride ourselves in offering excellent customer service and providing top quality products. To ensure we continue to meet the expectations of our customers we have just completed our fourth online survey.
In February this year we polled 1,533 customers (who had placed orders with us since January 2010) and received 193 completed replies. This figure is comparable to previous years - 97% said we met their expectations and 95% were satisfied with our quality and would recommend us.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority and the feed back we get is essential for us to ensure we meet the high standards we set ourselves by listening to what our customers expect.
