We currently hold certificates of registration for both BS EN ISO 9001:2008 at both our premises and BS EN ISO 14001:2004 for our manufacturing plant which is audited by BSI.

We also adapt the Six Sigma approach:

DMAIC process of methodology in problem solving, bringing measurable and significant improvements to existing processes resulting in less rejects. DMAIC is an acronym for Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control.

Plan Do Check and Act (PDCA) mythologies; the plan-do-check-act cycle is a four-step model for carrying out change. Just as a circle has no end, the PDCA cycle should be repeated again and again for continuous improvement.
